Our 21-day decision sprint.

A fixed 21-day system that turns early-stage uncertainty into a defensible concept direction. Most innovation projects fail not because of execution, but because the foundation underneath was never made explicit. Anté's methodology is structured to surface that foundation phase by phase, with the client involved at every checkpoint.

01

Context & Evidence

We start by understanding the reality behind the brief, not the assumptions around it. Through structured stakeholder interviews and targeted market input, we map what is actually known, what is assumed and what is missing.

This step is critical because most innovations fail before they are even made, in the form of untested assumptions that quietly shape direction.

Phase 01 — Context & Evidence
02

Problem Definition

Once the evidence is clear, we define the real problem to be solved. Not the initial request. Not the internal narrative. But the underlying challenge that explains why the decision exists in the first place.

We translate fragmented input into a single structured problem definition, including the criteria that will later determine what "good" looks like.

Phase 02 — Problem Definition
03

Concept Exploration

From a single well-defined problem, we deliberately explore multiple possible futures. We develop 3 fundamentally different concept directions, not variations, but strategic alternatives.

Each direction represents a different way of solving the same problem, making the trade-offs clear instead of leaving them implicit. This is the point where most teams choose too quickly. We don't.

Phase 03 — Concept Exploration
04

Decision Matrix

We evaluate all directions using a structured, evidence-based comparison model. Every trade-off matrix is linked back to insights from each previous phase. This removes opinion from the decision.

What remains is traceable reasoning, not preference, but justification. The goal is a concept direction that can be defended internally and externally.

Phase 04 — Decision Matrix
05

Implementation Brief

We translate the chosen direction into a structured brief that engineering or external partners can act on immediately. This includes scope, requirements, open questions and design constraints, all derived from the decision process, based on facts.

The result is clarity at execution level without losing strategic intent.

Phase 05 — Implementation Brief

Everything you need to move forward.

We design products, services, systems and combinations of them through one structured methodology. Throughout the sprint, every interview, insight and decision is connected inside one constantly growing analysis map.

The outputs below are built directly from that system, making every concept direction and recommendation traceable back to real evidence.

Synthesis Dossier

All interviews, insights and contradictions structured into one evidence document.

Concept Directions (3×)

Three visual and strategic paths for your concept direction.

Decision Matrix

A fully traceable trade-off of all options based on evidence, not opinion.

Implementation Brief

A structured document that engineers or partners can directly execute.

Who this is for?

When you cannot afford to risk investing in the wrong direction.
When alignment on what should be built is still unclear or incomplete.
When you want to avoid realising too late that the wrong decision was made.

Three ways in.

Pre-Investment Audit

€2.500 5 days

A fast structured audit of your concept direction.

Decision Sprint

€12.500 21 days

Full system: evidence, options, decision and implementation brief.

Limited availability.

We only run a small number of sprints at the same time to protect depth and quality.

[Month 1] Full
[Month 2] Available
[Month 3] Available

Not sure which engagement fits?

Most teams start with a Pre-Investment Audit or a 30-minute intake call. Both clarify whether a full Decision Sprint is the right next step or whether you're already further along than you thought.
